change in milk consumption (line graph)

The graph shows the difference of milk consumption in the last six years in the 19th century. Over all, in 1980 the milk consumption of whole milk and low fat milk are same.

The highest point of using whole milk is in 1950 which is the top point however, the same year is the lowest point of using low fat milk it consumed by fewer than 20L. After that the line decline slightly in the second three year that’s for whole milk on the other hand the low fat milk consumption is steady between 1950- 1960 then the line decreased slightly in the next three years until it reach to 1990. Between 1990 – 2000 the line is steady for both kind of milk however the low fat milk consumption is about 60L in that year but its under 40L for the hole milk consumption in the same decade.

Over all, low fat milk is now common and more than whole milk. People are keeping away from whole milk.
